Security Project Manager – Paris

Overview:
Client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to manage client’s large complex security projects, portfolios, and/or programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a security team that is not remote based /Hybrid based on site, ability to interact with senior level executives, have strong command skills, and confidently address issues and communicate solutions. Projects will include technologies and services such as vulnerability management, policy and compliance management, Identity and Access Management Security Services, and incident response. IE Ensure the seamless delivery of all security services

Requirements:
1. Must have 5+ years’ experience delivering cybersecurity consulting or technology projects leading cross-functional program teams by planning and tracking of tasks, schedules, resources and dependencies- facilitate & drive project meetings inclusive of :

Must be able to Articulate Security Objectives: – Drive definition and closure of project requirements, manage day to day operations, project plans/schedules, and resource needs with stakeholders and within team resources-

Previous management of a project to establish, enhance or upgrade an enterprise network security posture including:
– Threat Services
– Vulnerability Management
– Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
– Identity and Access Management Security Services (IDM/IAM)
– Digital Forensics & Incident Response (IR)
– Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or reprioritization of projects such as :
– Manage multiple projects at the same time
– Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closure
– Establish a plan for assigned projects, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issues
– Conduct project stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, and set expectations
– Ensure project budgets and financials are forecasted and managed in a timely manner
– Escalate project issues or concerns to key internal and customer stakeholders
– Produce regular reports on the progress of projects and metrics

2. Must have Senior level experience with security technologies and concepts managing initiatives in a consulting or technology environment
3. Advanced proficiency in: automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project; analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
4. Customer and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized and self-directed
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
6. CISSP or CISM certification or Security technology certification(s)
