Project Manager Infrastructure / Security Paris 12 months freelance

My client are looking for a freelance project manager with good experience of Infrastructure around Security.
Tech stack of security environment is Tanium, Palo Alto Firewalls, Zscaler and Crowdstrike. Client is based in Paris however tech engineers team you will manage can be based remotely so its essential that you not only speak French but also good English as well.
