1 Context
The group/Cyber Defense is deploying global products to protect client entities.
In Network and Messaging Security team, The Service will be in charge of 2 products : SNA (Secure Network Access) solution based on Palo Alto Firewalls solution, and will help on the deployment of a new DDOS solution.
To drive the evolution of SNA&DDOS and its deployment to client entities, Cyber Defense is looking for the service of an external consultant to handle the technical part and onboarding part.
2 Services
As Secure Network Access Expert, The Service must have technical expertise on IPS platform and DDOS Products in the Market, strong collaboration expertise and customer relations expertise to carry out these below:
- Dedicated stream as technical project Management Consultant
Prepare entities migration into SNA first
- Follow the onboarding roadmap of the entities with the network.
- Review, validate and improve the security policies
- Raise service request or incident ticket to Vendor or provider.
- Help on DDOS new project.
- Manage meetings with entities worldwide.
- Analyze logs and data.
- Creating KPI and Security Dashboard.
- Collaborate with Cyberdefense teams on security request and issue.
- Collaborate with Architecture teams.
3 Deliverables:
- Project management documentation (planning, reporting, log register, action/issue log, budget actuals/forecast) deployment, change request
- low level design documents
- Documentations for Onboarding Process
- Documentation for Roadmap onboarding
- Acceptance test documents and results
- Proof of concept/Pilots, and test results for DDOS
