Modern Systems Management for all physical, virtual and mobile users endpoints

Windows Server OS, Citrix, Windows Client OS

Application delivery, Endpoints Security, Endpoints Reporting & Monitoring platforms

Modern Collaboration & Communications

Office 365 incl. Teams

Advanced End-user services enhancing and improving the Employee Digital Experience & Productivity (anywhere : remotely and in office)

Modern Management capabilities around the Workplace to tackle the new Security & Cyber Challenges, but also the Compliance and Regulations evolutions

Dependencies with other domains & context :

Dependency on Security & Identity domains (User Identity & Access controls to Workplace environments) - expertise around Tenancy, Entra ID, Purview management (équipes Cloud security / IAM)

Dependency on Cyber risks - expertise around integration of cyber solutions in the workplace ecosystem (Cloud security / Cyber Strategy)

Dependency on compliance & regulations evolutions (DORA, FINMA, etc.) and implications in the workplace domain evolutions (Equipe data privacy / cyber strategy)

Dependency on market watch & evolutions (including main vendors - MS)
